Olioliva in Imperia

We are glad to invite you to the renowned festival of the Mediterranean Diet: you will have the chance to discover the Yellow Gold of the Riviera of Flowers and delight yourselves at every corner of our enchanting inland.

Arrival in the afternoon with check in at the chosen hotel. For your dinner we have reserved a table at one of the prestigious restaurants of the Place, where you will taste the aromas and perfumes of the Ligurian cuisine. Return to the Hotel, overnight stay.

In the morning transfer to Imperia Oneglia to visit the Olioliva review – Festival of the new Olive oil, where you will sample and buy the typical products of the Ligurian Riviera that are displayed along the streets of the city. During the day you can follow meetings with experts on the subject of extra virgin olive oil and typical products, and participate to the didactical activities that also includes olive oil tasting workshops. Lunch in a typical restaurant of the city where you will taste Ligurian specialties. In the afternoon, transfer to Imperia’s inland for the visit of an artisan olive oil mill, where you will appreciate the art of the pressing of the typical “Taggiasca” variety olives. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

In the morning, transfer to the valleys of the Province, where you can participate to some of the many activities included in the review’s program, such as following cooking lessons kept by some of the most expert local chefs, visit companies and artisan olive oil mills, following ancient paths that lead to the areas of the fish discharge to the first sale on the sea port, to the fish retailers and the local restaurants. Lunch on your own and departure in the afternoon.

If you choose to extend your stay during the week in Oneglia it is possible, upon reservation, to visit the ancient Risso Soap factory, that from the olive oil elaboration obtains soaps and beauty products.

Our offer includes:
